Its not a city park its a residential estate built on a former psychiatric hospital. There are some nice walks.

Very quiet, well to do residential area but open to surrounding grounds so not too secure in that respect.

Lovely area, it's nice the way the old hospital buildings have been incorporated into the estate, giving it more appeal than nearby Shenley. I would be fascinated to find out why so many institutional hospitals, Napsbury, Shenley, Harperbury and Leavesden were in such a relatively small geographical area.
