This is without doubt the worst motorbike workshop ever. The owner is completely unreliable, he has no idea what he is doing, after a week of half truth's, lies and empty promises still nothing, in the end I had to move my bike to another shop, the mechanic's at the new shop started to laugh as I wheeled my bike into the new garage, it looked like it had been stripped for spare parts. On top of this nightmare he wanted to charge me money for his efforts. Nice guy total moron.Please what ever you do DO NOT USE ANDY at Herts bikes.
Ordered two new tyres for my motorbike which were very well priced. Fitted within 24 hours. Prompt service on the day and Andy sorted a few other bits on the bike free of charge which were quick fixes. Would highly recommend and will use again for anything else that needs doing to the bike.
Don't be fooled by the looks of the shop. It is run by an honest and friendly motorcycle enthusiast. This is a hard-working small shop, fairly priced and capable. They kept updating us in regards to what was being found needed. Made us feel as part of the project. Swift and effective work.Will use their services again.
I'm really glad Google Maps pointed me to this little back road garage. I was charged a very fair price. Andy the owner is very knowledgeable and very friendly. He kept me frequently updated with the progress of the bike, and showed a great deal of care and consideration. I definitely recommend this place, your bike will be in very good hands.
